The society is dedicated to the promotion of science and research. At the heart of our activities lies the operation of an independent scientific and research institution committed to conducting innovative research projects and commissioning scientific studies. We actively participate in publicly funded projects and collaborative initiatives, thereby making a valuable contribution to Germany’s scientific landscape.
Another key focus is the organization and participation in scientific events, conferences, congresses, and trade fairs. Through the awarding of scholarships for students, theses, and doctoral projects, as well as the co-financing of scientific prizes, we specifically promote young scientific talent.
Furthermore, we are committed to vocational education and training and support initiatives aimed at qualifying skilled professionals. Our work is altruistic and not driven by commercial interests — our primary goal is always to create social value through science and education.

Together for Progress: Cooperation and Exchange
In close collaboration with universities and research institutions, we carry out joint scientific projects, particularly in the field of polymer research. Our qualified partners actively contribute to the organization of colloquia, seminars, conferences, and training programs.
The shared use of facilities enables both researchers and students to complete their studies, doctoral, and habilitation projects under optimal conditions. In addition, we support the transfer of patents and the translation of scientific knowledge into practical applications.
